COMMITMENT FEE

Secure bookings by making a 50% deposit. A complete
payment must be made at least 7 days to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Commitment fee is non - refundable for any cancellation after
booking has been done and confirmed.

USAGE RIGHTS

The Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use and reproduce the photographs delivered under this Agreement for personal, non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal online galleries.
The Client may also use the photographs for promotional purposes related to the event, including sharing on the Client's social media channels, personal website, and blog, provided that proper credit is given to the Photographer.

The Client acknowledges that the Photographer retains all copyrights to the photographs and may use them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, portfolio, and social media. However, the Photographer agrees not to license or sell the photographs to any third party without the Client's consent.
Any commercial use of the photographs by the Client or third parties requires prior written consent from the Photographer and may be subject to additional fees.
